Hello tarot fellows, and merry meet
How are you all doing? I hope you are doing great and are you looking forward to the weekend? I know I am ready for couple days of resting. No plans ahead and it feels so good.
Today we are talking about tarot becoming mainstream
I think it is great to find other tarot readers and the access to decks and information. We have come along way from the time I started for 20 years ago. I haven't heard of any readers and if I tried to talk to people about it, they went: wait... what? What is that? Or I don't believe in hocus pocus - neither do you, do you? I found out the easiest way was the best way and it was to keep my mouth shut :) Today I am glad we are where are today... I don't know where we will end up, but I hope we go the whole nine yards - where ever/ what ever that means :)
Blessed be and merry see
Love, Susann
I am a Norwegian who loves anything tarot, Runes, Crystals, Pendelums, Oracle cards. What you will find here can be tarot reviews, spreads and chit chats and so on :)

Day 25 - What deck would you read for the rest of your life
Hello pop tarts and merry meet,
How are you doing? I hope you are doing great and there are only six more days of this challenge.
What deck would you read for the rest of your life and that is a very difficult question. It is like decides who is your favourite child... LOL
BUT, I narrowed it down to one Tarot deck, one Oracle deck and one Lenormand
Triple Goddess Tarot and I am so in love with it and gives me a powerful reading every time. I love the borderless cards.
I love how she split the majors in three part and it helped me with my readings.
Card from 1-7 is about the maiden, when you are in the beginning of your life, you have moved away from home and just started your life.
Cards from 8- 14 is the mother and now you may your own family, and kids, furbabies, responsibilities, jobs and all the good stuff.
The cards from 15-21 of the crone, now you are an elderly woman with alot of wonderful, valuble life experiences, knowledge. You might feel that you have to step aside because you have let the next genereation coming forward.
Whispers of Lord Ganesha
When I read with these cards I get a warm, wonderful and loved readings. First time I worked with them I went WOW. It is a very colorful cards yet so soft.
Under the Roses Lenormand
I must be honest and say that I haven't work too much with this Lenormand. It is in one of my resolutions for this year.
I love the vintage feel the cards have and I love the back of the cards. A huge plus it has the name of the card and where it is in the ordinary cards (playing card - Example is the dog is ten of hearts)
I had these for some months now and it was only for few weeks ago I dicovered it had three cards.
It was two sets of man, woman and child, one set with light color and one set with darker skin color. I must say: Kudos to the author and the artist :)
This was a short and sweet blog post and I will see you again tomorrow, till then - Have a great day.
Blessed be and merry see
Alot of love, Susann

Day 16 - Do you read reversals? Why or why not? 31 Days of tarot
Hello sweet pies and merry meet,
How are you doing today and I hope you are doing great.
Today's blog is about reversals and why or why not I read reversals.
My answer to the question is yes and no. When you do read the tarot, there is no right or wrong answer in the way you read it.
There will be some who say that this is one, the right and the only way to read tarot.. For some reasons I can't take these people seriously just because the are not open minded.
Normally I do read with reversals because I believe I get some extra clues in a reading and they will give me something extra.
When I don't read reversal is when the client don't want me to or if I do a private for myself reading and I read with my Doreen Virtue deck.
Blessed be and merry see,
Love, Susann

Day 15 - Do you have a deck for only for personal use? Why? - #31daysoftarot
Hello wonderful souls and merry see,
How are you doing and I hope you are ok in this dark month of January. It helps to know that the sun has turned and we goes towards warmer and longer days :) They cna't get here soon enough if you ask me :)
Today is the day 15 og Ethony's 31 days of tarot and Do I have one deck that I use only for personal use? And the short answer for that is YES, I have.
I bought a OSHO ZEN tarot for a year or two ago on internet and it was second hand deck. When it came I counted the cards and there was 7 or 8 cards missing..... AAARRGGHHH... These so called the negative one.
I must say I was very angry with myself for not checking more closely and on the seller who didn't tell me that some were missing.
I now I use these to maditate to and one draw card, like energy of the day :)
Blessed be and merry see,

Day 14 - Share your favourite devination tool besides tarot - 31 days of tarot
Hello sweeties and merry meet,
How are you in these days and I hope you are having a great monday and thank you so much for visiting my blog
Today is the 14 question on Ethony's 31days of tarot and the question is what devinationtool you have other than Tarot...
I use oracle cards,
Lenormand,
Pendelums
I have two sets of Runes that I made myself.
I had a lot of these decorative stones I use to have under tealights. What I did was clean them and painted the symbols on them with gold nail polish and my thinnest brush. I made two sets... one clear and one purple.
I cleaned them again and charged them with the first fullmoon
Blessed be and merry see

Day 12 - What started you to reading tarot? Why did you continue to read
Hello and merry meet,
How are you doing? I'm very thankful for that you stoped by my blog today:)
We are now on day 12 on #31daysoftarot and I want to tell you how I came about to read tarot.
I believe Molly Storm asked this question today
First time I heard of the word Tarot I don't remember how old I was, but I could be something between 8 to 12 years old from a cousin of mine who was angry at this reader.
The story behind this was a friend who visited this reader who told him that he wouldn't see his 25th Birthday and he died in a car crash on his 25th Birthday.
I remember thinking: Can you see this from some cards? I want to see these cards and I want to learn these cards. I have always been interested in the clairvoyance, tarot, paranormal and all the good stuff.
This was pre-computer age so I couldn't look online, I didn't know of any stores which had tarot and so on. The word tarot got stuck in back of my head for several years.
When I was in my early/mid 20's, I did stumble across the "tarot" by Jane Lyle and no name brand Tarot deck which was sold as a set. The tarot deck was copy of the Raider Waite deck. I bought it and started to study tarot.. Optimistic, no decipline, no structure and so on :)
I see now what the problem was, but at the time I became more and more confused because I couldn't remember the meaning of the cards, like a lot of books it had some spreads and it was "The Gypsy" which has 21 cards, the classics "the Celtic Cross", "Tree of Life" and "The horseshoe". I started with the Gypsy spread... I know, FAILURE!
For some reason I thought that I couldn't read tarot since I didn't remember the meanings, I know now that was wrong because this Raider Waite deck wasn't for me, here I am almost 15 years older I still don't get Raider Waite.
One turning point for me was that I put down a six month spread and I don't remember what cards I got, but I do remember I got the death card (It doesn't mean a physical death, but a transformation - a door closes and another opens) and I put away the card and forgot all about it really, between 3 to 6 weeks later my mom passed away. Did I read this in the cards? No, I still don't. Because my mom had terminal cancer and she was in her last stage. BUT my reaction was the timeline of it all.
I did spreads and kept up with the reading, but not as often as earlier - Suddenly I experienced a a card disappeared, and another and another.. When I was missing 10 cards I thought F****K it. Then I used tarot deck in art and book marks. I didn't buy another deck because I didn't think I could learn.
I still watched documentaries, read what I came over and did my study's.
In December 2014 I came across Anne Stoke's Gothic tarot and I bought my first deck in 15 years.. It really took off... I bought decks (I even bought couple of Raider Waite - Which I to gifted one to my bestie :) ) and books and it really open a new and a wonderful world for me :) and I binge watching tarot vids on You Tube :)
In my case all I needed was change the deck.
Blessed be and merry see,
Love, Susann

Day 6 - The deck you finally crossed off your wish list - 31 days of Tarot
Hello beautyful souls and merry meet,
How are you guys? I hope everything is well and kicking..
I fell a bit behind due to my health and suddenly we had a storm last weekend, I am back and ready to finish the challenge.

Today is about the deck I could finally cross off my wishlist in 2017.
And that is a difficult one and easy at the same time because I only bought five decks in 2017. If I have to pick one out the I bought? It has to be Triple Goddess tarot by Jaymi Elford.
I saw the interview that Arwen Lynch did with J.Elford and I knew that I need that deck. I knew I would love it, but I did't know how much.
The best thing about it is there are NO BORDERS :) I don't hate decks that has borders then again I am not a fan of them. I can't cut my decks either because I won't be able to cut them evenly so I leave them be.
A tarot deck is a two part deck, major and a minor arcana, but what J.Elford did was a genius move. She "split" the major arcana in three part - maid/mother/ Crone.
The first seven cards is about your journey and your start on life, before kids and minor responsibility and etc. The cards from 8-14 is when you hit mother - The family and kids comes along, you have your work and all the good stuff. The last sections is about crone, the cards from 15 to 21, you are now an elderly, with grandkids and it is time to let the younger generation come forward and do their business.
Well, Blessed be and merry see
Love Susann

Day 1 - Energy - Major lesson - 31 days of tarot
Helloooo and merry meet
Happy New Year and I hope you had a peacful celebration and a wonderful New Year.
I haven't the best start of this year, hubby and I have got the flu...so, thank you so much, my son.
But hey...I'll live ;)
I have been "forgetting" this blog for the last six months and I am so srry for it. I will do a seperate blog on why a bit later in this month.
It is January and that means 31 days of Tarot :) and always I will answer these questions in this blog
These question is made by wonderful Ethony.
For this challenge I will be using The Triple Goddess Tarot by Jaymi Elford
Today is a reading - Energy and a major lessons
What I noticed is that I got two minor arcana cards and I need to put down a whole of work in this year if I really want my goals come true :)
My energy card for 2018 is 4 of wands
2018 is time for family and we need to focus on each other
Stability/routines - I want to have better routines in my day to day life - to do so I get more stability in my life and hubby and I will have a life together (We are great together - I wants us to be awesome together)
Me - I need to do what I can to make life awesome and do what makes me happy and stop worrying so much.
I want to have a healthier life.
My lesson for 2018 is Knight of Swords
I need to work at my goals for this year, more than ever. I have to stay organized and work harder for what I need.
For now I have the clouds behind me and I have to be on top of things so I don't get caught up in the clouds and confusion.
One of the major goals for 2018 is that we want to move and buy a house.. to achieve that goal I have to take some steps and do them in right order..
I must remember that I don't need to rush into some minor goals because it is so easy to make some mistakes and lose my focus on the main goals (it is here were the clouds comes in :))
Blessed be and merry see ;)
Love, Susann

For now I have the clouds behind me and I have to be on top of things so I don't get caught up in the clouds and confusion.
One of the major goals for 2018 is that we want to move and buy a house.. to achieve that goal I have to take some steps and do them in right order..
I must remember that I don't need to rush into some minor goals because it is so easy to make some mistakes and lose my focus on the main goals (it is here were the clouds comes in :))
Blessed be and merry see ;)
Love, Susann
