If you are in a time where the expectations towards you are too high and that can lead to confusion, doubt, conflicts and caos on your part - You need to create balance in your life.
A way to solve it may be to apply for an another job, another appartment/house or maybe move to another city - or if you want a really big change - another country.
If you have skyhigh expectations towards yourself you need to find something that get youself back in balance, maybe you need to get away for awhile, have fewer responsibility at work, time for letting you family know whats going on.
